Qualifications of Anne Marie Duwe

Having achieved my bachelor degree, I flew as a Flight Attendant with Lufthansa German Airlines.

After 10 years of this very exciting start into the German work force, I took up training with the Lufthansa Training Department –training Lufthansa and other European Commercial Airlines' Cabin Staff.

My scope of seminars included the subject of ‘Intercultural Communication’ and ‘International Etiquette’. The clients for these seminars came from various large companies and enterprises of the German industry such as, the German Railway System (DB), bank employees (Deutsche Bank) and Hotel receptionists, as well as private clinic staff.

As the Director of Cabin Service Training with Lufthansa Flight Training my duties incorporated

  • Hiring, training  and qualifying internal and external training staff for Seminars and Trainings at Lufthansa German Airlines
     
  • Writing of Training Manuals
     
  • Launching and managing the Lufthansa Flight Training Centre in Munich

With more than 30 years of experience in consulting and advising international airline customers, as well as developing training concepts and operational manuals, I can contribute the skills and understanding necessary to sustainably improve your company’s Service Approach.
