Global Communication now possible: Duwe Training
The world is getting smaller and cultures grow together, yet we are far from understanding one another. Cultural diversity has entered our everyday life; professional meetings with people from other cultures have become normal and, “intercultural communication” is taking place in many sectors of the working world.
A good and effective customer orientation demonstrates tolerance, understanding and respect. However, certain cultural mannerisms can still irritate and even disrupt the relationship between the customer and the service provider.
One misunderstanding alone can upset business relationships and customer service.
It takes courage to admit that the strange and unknown can still astonish.
I would like to contribute to an understanding so that the strange will become familiar.
